Recruiter Specialist
Job Summary:
Call Center / BPO Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our call center operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for voice, non-voice, inbound, and outbound processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for call center roles (International process Medical Billing and coding).
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with operations and process heads.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels — job portals, social media, walk-ins, referrals, and consultants.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates’ communication and process fit.
• Coordinate interviews with process trainers and managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage daily walk-ins, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS / tracker reports.
• Ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed smoothly.
• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and local hiring campaigns when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in BPO or Call Center recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing experience from job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.) and social media (LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
• Ability to manage volume hiring and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Familiarity with night shift hiring and rotational shift requirements.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics, process flow, and documentation.

• Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
• High sense of responsibility and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
